Dr. Hertzog was born and raised in Cabot, AR. He
received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Arkansas
State University, located in Jonesboro, AR and a
Doctorate in Optometry at Southern College of Optometry
in Memphis, TN.
Dr. Hertzog has been involved with the Optometry industry
for 9 years. He was employed as a technician from 2002
to 2005 at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN
and at Eye Care East in Germantown, TN. Clinical
experience includes a three month internship at the
Yukon-Kuskokwim Hospital in Bethel, AK, a three month
internship at Columbus Eye Associates in Whiteville, NC
and a six month internship at the The Eye Center and
Southern College of Optometry.
Dr. Hertzog is licensed by the Arkansas State Board of
Optometry. He is also a member of the Arkansas
Optometric Association as well as the American
Optometric Association. He currently serves as first vice
president in the Cabot Lions Club and sits on the
Arkansas Lions Eye Bank and Laboratory Endowment
Fund Board.
Dr. Hertzog was recently awarded the Young Optometrist
of the year award by the Arkansas Optometric Association!

of North Carolina, located in Chapel Hill, NC and a
Doctorate in Optometry at Southern College of Optometry
in Memphis, TN.
Dr. Hertzog has also been involved with the Optometry
industry for 7 years. Clinical experience includes a three
month internship at the Yukon-Kuskokwim Hospital in
Bethel, AK, a three month internship at Columbus Eye
Associates in Whiteville, NC and a six month internship at
the The Eye Center and Southern College of Optometry.
She is currently the clinical director at TLC Laser Vision
Center in Little Rock, AR
Dr. Hertzog is licensed by the Arkansas State Board of
Optometry. She is also a member of the Arkansas
Optometric Association as well as the American
Optometric Association.
