Hertzog Family Eye Care has been fortunate to experience tremendous growth since opening our first location in 2010. We are truly grateful to the communities of Cabot, Jacksonville, and the surrounding areas for your continued support over the past 15 years.
From the beginning, our mission has been to provide exceptional customer service while delivering the highest level of eye care through ongoing education and advanced technology. This commitment has been the foundation of our success.
In recent years, many of you have noticed that our schedule has become increasingly busy. As patient volume has grown, we feel it has begun to impact our ability to consistently deliver the level of personalized care and service you deserve.
To better serve our patients and maintain our standard of excellence, we will be making an important change. Beginning May 18, 2026, all patient visits will be consolidated to our Cabot location. In addition, we will discontinue pre-scheduling yearly examinations. However, you will continue to receive a convenient email or text reminder one month prior to your annual exam.
